Arcuro Medical has developed a meniscus repair system that allows the entire procedure to be performed inside the joint space, using suture material only and requiring a single entry into the joint. Arcuro's proprietary SuperBall repair system consists of an all-suture, knotless anchor and delivery system for safe, reliable, and effective meniscus repair.

In May 2020, the company received a CE Mark for its SuperBall meniscus repair system. This will permit the commercialization of Arcuro's meniscal repair technology throughout the European Union, in conjunction with additional markets including the United States (where the system has already received FDA clearance and is patented).
