Arrows' mission is to empower people with autism social skills, wellbeing and their integration in the workplace and community.

Its initial product the Skill Coach is a SaaS for learning and practicing social skills through realistic conversations with avatars based on Generative AI technology, which is grounded in a leading international program, aimed at enhancing social skills of autistic adults.
The product creates a safe environment for dealing with various complex social situations. The system is composed with several AI layers - the 1st is an Avatar - serving as a conversation companion, the 2nd is a virtual social coach based on AI, which identifies errors in real-time interactions and provides the user with information and recommendations through visual cues to improve their skills as well as providing textual feedbacks (positive and negative).
