CreamCol has developed a patented technology that converts alcoholic beverages into edible alcohol, like pudding, that remains stable at room temperature, without the use of any chemical. The products can be eaten as is or used as raw material for creating new products. After submitting two patents covering both the technology and the resulting products, CreamCol established a semi-commercial production line in Israel that serves as a demo prototype for international customers and a production center for the local market. The company currently has several collaborations with a number of large international food and beverage companies, for joint pilots and initial sales agreements. In parallel, in Israel, the company will begin online sales of their private brand of edible alcohol directly to the consumer.
