Curapipe developed the patented Trenchless Automated Leakage Repair (TALR), which is a solution for rapid bulk reduction of unsustainable leakage levels. It is designed to work along with ongoing active leakage management services and works well with installed network pressure reduction systems.
TALR is suitable for a wide range of pipe materials. As a standalone system, once launched into the treated pipe section, it self-detects water leaks and automatically seals and cures them. An isolated pipe section of mains and service pipes is a requirement. Actual levels of leakage are measured before and after the repair.

Curapipe Climate Tech relevance
Curapipe helps combat climate change by introducing an innovative approach called "Water-Loss Harvesting," which serves as a crucial force multiplier for urban water supply resilience amidst the uncertainties of climate change. With climate-induced disruptions affecting traditional water sources, Curapipe addresses the urgent need for fresh, untapped water sources. Their scalable solution can be applied to cities of any size, significantly reducing water loss, increasing consumable water availability, and leveling off non-revenue water at minimal social disruption and cost. By transforming water loss into a valuable water source, Curapipe contributes to climate resilience and sustainable water management, ultimately aiding in the fight against climate change.
