DAOstack is a complete operating system for decentralized coordination, built on the Ethereum blockchain.

At the base of the DAOstack lies a four-layer structure: Arc, Arc.js, Arc.Hive, and Alchemy. Arc is a modular and adaptive framework for governance and collective value management over the blockchain. It allows the creation and interoperability of web companies, collaborative apps, and DAOs, as well as the crypto-economic alignment of their interests. Implemented with novel Holographic Consensus protocols that allow a scalable consensus, the result is a new web of open collaboration, in which global networks can self-organize around shared goals and joint action.
ArcHives is a set of shared public registries, curated by the DAOstack community and serving its global ecosystem. The platform includes a modular smart contract framework, a friendly JavaScript developer environment, and an intuitive user interface, allowing anyone to participate in a decentralized organization without technical knowledge.

The native token of the DAOstack platform is GEN. Basic operations across the DAOstack ecosystem, such as promoting proposals, will require the spending or holding of GEN.
