The companys machines can effectively handle a variety of applications, including eutectic, adhesive-based, flip chip, face up, MCM, die stacking, MEMS, and imaging devices.

MATs main products are the Model 6400 Die Attach System and the Model 6410 Automatic Dispensing System. The company also supports older models, including the Model 6495/6/7 Semi-Automatic and the Model 6900/6920.

Since its formation, MAT has been very active in the worldwide die attach market. The companys goal is to continually develop new machine features and capabilities to meet the changing needs of the die attach marketplace.
