NitroFix Climate Tech relevance
Current ammonia production emits 450 Mton of CO2 and uses fossil fuels as a hydrogen source. With NitroFix's green ammonia production, which reduces the need for energy by creating ammonia from an electrochemical reaction of water and air at low voltage, there will be a 0.5-gigaton emissions reduction. NitroFix's process has no carbon footprint and is activated by renewable energy.
