Perflex develops new formulas of high-performance, biocompatible thermoplastics for injection molding and tools, to simplify the working process in dental laboratories.
The company's main products include Biosens, a biocompatible rigid-elastic nylon thermoplastic for full and partial dentures that can be fixed and relined using conventional acrylics of all types, and Thermofix, a biocompatible, unbreakable thermoplastic for instant bite registrations and immediate impressions.
In addition, it has developed Easy Clasp, pre-made adjustable thermoplastic clasps for quick and easy clasp repair for acrylic dentures; Flexi Nylon, which is used for flexible partials; T-crystal, a semi-rigid for all kinds of dentures that can be relined with acrylic resin; Acryfree, a non-allergenic elastic acrylic (PMMA) for full and partial dentures that can be fixed and relined with acrylic resin; and more.
Perflex enables aesthetic dentures that do not involve the gums for retention and support of the appliance.
