Rivver is an end-to-end solution for the digitalization and secondary exchange of limited partner interests. By digitalizing private equity funds, Rivver is able to automate clearing and settlement, compliance processes, and using proprietary technology, escrow. This allows users to streamline the whole post-trade lifecycle and improve liquidity as a result.

The Rivver platform contains three components: the discovery page, secondary marketplace, and smart custodian. The discovery page is a platform where venture capital and other funds can raise capital from accredited investors, providing investors with access to a more liquid and accessible investment. Afterwards, limited partners can liquidate their assets in a frictionless way by trading among themselves or selling to secondaries funds on Rivver's secondary marketplace. Lastly, Rivver provides a portal for limited partners to better manage their portfolio and for general partners to better manage their limited partners.
