RoboHold is a mobile app that allows users to quickly reach a live representative at any call center without having to wait for long periods on hold. Users simply choose the desired service provider and relevant department and provide their phone number upon initial registration. While the user is free to attend to other activities, RoboHold calls the service provider and holds until it reaches a live representative only then is the user connected to the call.
