Salient Eye Overview
Salient Eye has launched a SaaS-based video communication system designed for customer support centers, 24/7 emergency control centers, and hospitals. The system enables customer support agents, operators, and doctors to turn incoming cellular phone calls into video sessions, with no need for users to install any type of app.
During the session, participants can join other users on the call, share files, and much more. The solution can also show the users location on a map when required. The system includes an internal prescheduling module that allows users to schedule a video meeting in advance with the operator or doctor. The system also supports the management of all historical records while always maintaining the customers privacy.
Salient Eye is targeting verticals including telemedicine, for remote video sessions between doctors and patients; insurers, for video sessions with customers calling to report damage; HLS (e.g. municipalities, police, security companies), for video sessions with citizens calling to report crimes or other emergencies; and corporations (such as Telecoms) with a technical customer support center, for video sessions with customers calling to report technical problems.
