Surf Communication Solutions (SURF) develops high-capacity multimedia processing solutions. The company designs, develops, and markets high-density multimedia processing technologies in a wide variety of formats for telecommunication infrastructures, military deployments, and CTI applications.
SURFs new HMP platform, SURF-HMP, is a multimedia processing platform for NFV/SDN and WebRTC/LTE deployments, providing an API toolkit and plug-and-play video-conferencing solution.
The companys products have delivered technology for many vendors multimedia servers and gateways and have been deployed to operators and service providers worldwide. SURF-powered multimedia applications (NFV, video conferencing, HLS, tactical communications, and more) are delivering voice, video, and data services to millions of end users every day over all network platforms.
In May 2020, SURFs Surfsight product line was acquired by Lytx.
