TrackiMed Overview
TrackiMed, an Early-Stage MedTech Digital Health Start-Up, is poised to confront the 'Big Elephant in the Operating Room' (ORs)—the widely recognized yet rarely tackled major inefficiencies in Hospital ORs: escalating operational costs, acute nursing staff shortages, and paramount concerns over patient safety and care quality. Founded by Mrs. Inbar Oz, with 24 years in the medical device sector and startup experience, alongside Prof. Greg Fontana, a renowned Cardiothoracic Surgeon, and Mr. Itsik Harpaz, ex-R&D head from IDF's elite 8200 Cyber Unit, TrackiMed will transform ORs into advanced, efficient ecosystems. Our mission: to redefine hospital efficiency standards by digitizing and automating OR environments, enhancing patient safety and care quality. Hospital ORs, plagued by inefficiencies from outdated manual processes and nursing shortages, face escalating costs and compromised care. TrackiMed will introduce Tracki, a next-generation AI Virtual Assistant Nurse designed specifically for ORs. Tracki acts as an extra set of eyes and ears, streamlining tasks, introducing automated real-time monitoring, and evolving with each OR’s unique demands. Tracki will enhance OR efficiency, reduce costs, and significantly improve patient care quality. By alleviating the nursing burden and minimizing repetitive tasks, Tracki will reduce potential errors and allow nurses to focus on patient-centered care. This will result in increased procedural capacity, reduced waiting times, and substantial cost savings, thereby enhancing healthcare access
