Relying on novel precision agriculture growing protocols in greenhouses, patented non-GMO curing technology & a data-driven approach, we produce the most vanillin-concentrated vanilla bean in the market & create tailor-made sensory profiles, providing new vanilla flavor & fragrance possibilities.
Through our patent, we alter the metabolism of vanilla beans in ways that dramatically increase specific flavor notes by demand and, for the first time in the world, allow customers to choose what kind of vanilla they want. This core technology can be implemented in other crops.

Vanilla Vida Climate Tech relevance
Our greenhouses are non place dipendent and allows growing vanilla enywhere in the wprl, solving the problem of unstable supply chain while growin in the cuurent reagions such as Madagascar.
We take advantage of the fact that vanilla grows in deep shade to harvest the sun’s energy with solar panels. Not only does this heat the greenhouses, it also generates another potential source of income for our farmers- partners.
Greenhouse cultivation allows minimal water consumption and the use of recycled water.
Our carbon footprint is only 82.13 tonnes CO2e*, based on electricity, water, and transportation consumption. We are working to reduce it significantly and have already started implementing solutions for the use of renewable (solar) energy. Additionally, we are striving to minimize GHG emissions from transportation by locating our operations as close as possible to our clients.
