VComms communication platform can be installed as an onboard unit on the eScooter or as a roadside unit in the traffic light controller. The platform is designed to warn the rider of running red lights, to execute autonomous braking if necessary, to collect data on the riders behavior, and to send enforcement notifications to the authorities and to the riders smartphone in real time.
