    Change Healthcare, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Optum Inc, provides revenue and payment cycle management and clinical information exchange solutions, connecting payers, providers, and patients in the US healthcare system.

    McKesson merged with Change Healthcare in 2016 and was acquired by Optum in 2022.

    The Israeli R&D center is McKesson's former research and development center. It is involved in cardiac diagnostic imaging, and it develops cardiology products for Change Healthcare.
