Nestle SA is a multinational packaged-food company that manufactures and markets a wide range of food products. The company's product line includes milk, chocolate, confectionery, bottled water, coffee, creamer, food seasoning, and pet foods.

In 2016, Nestle acquired Osem, one of the largest food manufacturers and distributors in Israel.
The Osem-Neslte group operates 10 different production facilities in Israel and owns several subsidiaries including Sabra Salads, Tivall, Of Tov, Nestl Ice Creams, Beit Hashita, Asamim, Nestl-Purina, Materna, and Foodtec.

In 2020 Nestle established a foodtech innovation arm with the purpose to facilitate collaboration between the two companies and Israeli foodtech startups.
