NBIC was established by MATI Nazareth (Small and Medium Businesses Development Center) and subsidized by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Labor and the Authority for the Economic Development of the Arab, Druze, and Circassian Sectors. Situated in the heart of the city of Nazareth, NBIC offers 13 furnished offices that include telecommunications, a lecture area accommodating up to 50 people, and a public space.
