PowerCrowd is a joint entrepreneurship program of PipelBiz, an equity crowdfunding platform aimed at matching small businesses with investors, and Max by Leumi Card. The program aims to boost early-stage entrepreneurs on to lead their startups to business success.

The program aims to provide startups with practical tools for business growth, connections to relevant industry players, and accompanying the startups in two rounds of fundraising of up to 6 million NIS, via Pipelbizs equity crowdfunding platform. All the entrepreneurs participating in the program will work on a daily basis in a shared workspace, which can help them grow and develop their ventures. The program also includes mentors, workshops, and lectures that will help the startups get through challenges and create their MVP's.
