    Up & Beyond is a hub promoting women and diversity in the digital marketing industry. the hubs' purpose is to help talented women to find their first job in the online marketing field, and it offers internship programs at leading companies, personal mentoring and subsidized training. All of Up & Beyond's lecturers and mentors are senior marketing managers who teach on a voluntary basis.
