Yoav Etgar

Yoav is a seasoned executive, highly experienced in leading integrated activities and global teams to generate value and improve society. Yoav has more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions. A Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) at the Israeli Air Force (IAF), Yoav held a pivotal role in the development and assimilation of the IAF missile defense strategy and was the head of the IAF Cyber Security branch. Upon retirement, Yoav led business development initiatives at Elbit Systems, and managing software projects as part of ARROW, David Sling and Iron Dome weapon systems. In 2014 Yoav joined as a VP to a cyber security startup company TowerSec that was acquired by an American corporate (Harman) in 2016. Where he led the Delivery, Operations and strategic collaborations. From December 2020 Yoav is the CEO of BugEra.
