I'm a recently-retired Colonel, after concluding a 25 year career in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), in various senior positions in the legal and strategic spheres of the State of Israel and the IDF. Vast experience in management in big organizations and multi-cultural international environments, leadership, organizational change, negotiations and international strategic dialogues. I have a very wide network of various connections in private and government sectors in many countries across the globe. An expert on matters of the law in general and international law in particular, national security, strategy and international relations. As a prolific lecturer, I provided expert presentations to hundreds of high level, Israeli and international delegations in Israel and throughout the world, including North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. I also lectured at preeminent academic institutions throughout North America, Europe and China.
