Noam Sharon

With over 20 years of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer in Israel, Noam is a leading expert in various legal aspects of the capital markets, including financial derivatives, corporate governance, compliance and regulation. Before turning to food innovation entrepreneurship, Noam advised and represented Israels blue chip corporations, for whom he managed some of the biggest M&A transactions in banking, real estate, industry (including food) and tech. Noam served as partner at MEITAR, Israels leading international law firm, and headed its domestic corporate and securities division. He later served for two years as owner rep and consultant for a leading Israeli family office with total assets under management of over $5B.
