Beginning my career as an HR professional and moving up the ranks to top leadership positions, I have a clear understanding of what an organization needs to succeed. Calling on my expertise in organizational processes and change management, I co-founded Okapi (formerly EMaaS Effective Management as a Service) a SaaS based platform for business performance management in order to share what Ive learned throughout my tenure as an executive manager. In all of my past positions, especially those at the VP and C-level, I have strongly relied on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their correlations to successfully increase the business performance of top international companies including Gilon BI and Ness Technologies.
