Boaz's main expertise is in Software & Applications Development Management with an emphasis on Web development (Since 1996) on both MS and LAMP platforms. Boaz is an Internet guru who has proven success in building and managing the development of complex web systems and platforms. On top of Software Development (R&D), Boaz has an extremely wide technological background in software development related fields such as SEO, SEM, Analytics, Front End Development, Email Delivery, Performance Tuning, Affiliation, BI, QA, DB, Online Reputation & Ethics, Hardware, Networking, System, Monitoring, Mobile, IT and more. In 1998 Boaz founded Weber-Sites.com which is a leading Open Source Content Network of sites with WeberDev.com as a vast source of LAMP information with over 400K visitors per month. In 1999, as Technology lead, and later as VP R&D, Boaz was one of the founders, of one of Israel's largest portals and Ecommerce activities (Nana10 / Netaction / Nana Shops). In 2008, Boaz joined Give2Gether , an innovative Web Based online startup company specializing in micro-philanthropy, as VP R&D. Since Jan 2009, Boaz is the CTO of xWise, a global, online marketing leader in the online gambling industry (Playtech Group), managing the R&D, System, Networking, Security, IT, QA, BI and DBA departments and is responsible for all technology aspects of the company and other companies in the group. Boaz is responsible for multiple, strategic, 7x24, production environments located in state of the art datacenters around the world. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, creating and enforcing work procedures, documentation, quality monitoring, recruitment and training, worldwide relationships with colleagues and experts, suppliers, contract negotiation and more.
