Shilo Ben Zeev

Shilo has 15 years of experience in several management positions in medical device companies. His experience spans both the establishment and management of medical device companies from the very initial stages including business development and fundraising. Shilo served as LabStyle Innovation President and COO, where he was responsible for the management of LabStyle Innovations operations activities, including design, manufacturing and business development. As a co-founder, he propelled the company's flagship product - Dario - from inception to reality. Together with an outstanding team, Shilo led $17M capital investment, three clinical trials, European and American regulation processes, and the company's evolution to a public American company (OTC). Prior to Labstyle, Shilo occupied key positions in a number of medical device and consulting companies: MEX - an agency of medical Experts; GmbH, a Germany-based consultancy agency engaged in building market infrastructure, introduction and assimilation of medical technologies in the German medical market; and Three Wire, a US agency engaged in the recruitment and enrollment of patients into clinical trials. Shilo was the COO of Lifewave Ltd. (TASE: LIFE), an Israeli medical devices company. In addition, Shilo founded and managed D-Cure, a research fund sponsoring technology-oriented medical research. Today Shilo is CEO and founder of Smartzyme Innovation.
