For the past 15 years I gained valuable experience in the Information Security, and Telecommunications industries. As part of RSA Israel management team, I am leading, building, and executing the growth of the Professional Services PNL (over $10M in Revenues, managing 34 employees). I am leading the Identity, Data, and Cyber protection practices within the EMEA Professional Services, at RSA, The Security Division of EMC (Rev: $850M, ~3,400 employees). My main goal is to assists some of the largest enterprises and financial institutions in the world to develop, execute, and manage their Cyberdefence and Fraud Strategies. By consulting on Risk Management, Business Processes, Cybercrime and Fraud I assist these organizations in protecting themselves from emerging threats, APT, and other vulnerabilities, and save millions on financial fraud losses. For the past couple of years, I am managing the revenue for the EMEA theater (~$20M in 2013), with direct responsibility for the delivery of ~$10M, and supports over $400M of product sales. I have over 10 years of experience working with customers, understanding their needs, and translating those needs to actions and deliverables. These customers include the largest banks and Financial Institutions worldwide, including Bank of America, Lloyds, Barclays, Citi Group, to name a few. I am a big believer in Stephen Covey's seven habits, and I make sure to keep my saw sharp constantly. I lecture on motivation, and I make sure my teams are constantly motivated and work towards RSAs goals.
