Founder & CEO of Xtras, a platform for recruiting, placing and managing teams of full time & temporary workers on-demand, currently operating in London's and Israel events industry. I created Xtras from my own pain, working in the events industry for the past 15 years, managing teams of workers for caterings and restaurants, and as an owner of a boutique HR and staffing company for the Israeli events industry. During my work on Xtras i gained experience working on the product management and development, the marketing and the sales. So far, thousands of daily worker placements were made using Xtras in the Israeli events industry, and we have dozens paying customers in the app, the biggest companies in the market along with Israel's prestigious hotels. These days we are launching Xtras in the UK, addressing London's events industry.
