Gideon Greenspan

Founder / CEO of Coin Sciences Ltd, the company developing the MultiChain platform for private blockchains. MultiChain (www.multichain.com) includes features such as permissions management, native assets, data streams and simple configuration and deployment. As a computer scientist I see blockchains as a fundamental advance in what can be achieved with databases and networks. As an entrepreneur I see many opportunities for new products and business models. So I founded Coin Sciences with Michael Rozantsev and Simon Liu in early 2014. I'm a hardcore multilingual coder with a PhD in Computer Science, originally from London and now in Tel Aviv. I've previously created several profitable market-leading websites with a deep algorithmic element, including Copyscape (copyscape.com) and Web Sudoku (websudoku.com). As a hobby I teach software entrepreneurship at two universities in Tel Aviv.
