My academic background is the combination of computer science and biotechnology. After spending few years in the lab - trying to understand and manipulate amino acid metabolism in plants. I decided to focus on how research is being done & the tools available for conducting better research - and founded BioData . We started by looking at how research is done, how labs communicate, operate and progress. Working together with principal investigators and research leaders we define better ways to organize and capture scientific knowledge ensuring research productivity and continuity.
