Yair Ilan, an entrepreneur, Industrial Engineer and qualified copywriter, has a vast experience in business consulting, business analysis, advertising and product development. He is the founder and CEO of CliniClicks ltd and Tipulog Israel ltd. Yair was an industrial engineer in charge of product lifecycle (PLC) at the High-tech company "Applied Materials", and as a project manager of wide range projects in on of the leading companies in Israel "ROI Management Consulting". ( A management consulting firm ) In 2008, Yair founded "Riklama Business Solutions LTD", a company providing organizational assessments, management coaching services and customized solutions to improve the effectiveness and productivity of companies, including website development and business information applications. Some of Riklama's biggest clients included the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, Ministry of Industry, Trade & Labor and Israel Business Connection (IBC). He is also a member of "Israel Institute of Business Advisors". Yair is highly qualified in accompanying the creation of businesses and startup companies, specializing in the operational, marketing and strategic aspects. He is a social activist in organizations engaged in absorbing immigrants, equal opportunities for the disadvantaged, and the promotion of affordable housing in Israel.
