Ariel has business experience that includes investing in , and raising capital for various growth companies in a broad range of industries. He has substantial expertise in facilitating private equity capital for growth companies as well as leading M&A transactions. Ariel has had vast experience as a lawyer with Mizrahi, Arnon & Makov (Corporate & Franchising) ,with Efrati, Galili & Co. (Corporate , Technology & Licensing ) and with Gil Makov - Advocates (Corporate & Investments) . Ariel earned his LL.B degree from Reading University , UK (with Honors) and earned his LL.M degree from New York University Law School. Ariel was a visiting Attorney with Hogan & Hartson LL.P, Washington DC where he specialized, in capital raising and technology licensing transactions. Member of the Israeli Bar since1997. Member of the UK Law Society since 2005.
