Esther Altura

Esther is a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience in software development and real estate. At Kaiser Permanente, a leading health insurance company, she led a team of 50 software engineers developing and deploying software systems at scale. Her two decades of real estate experience spans all aspects of property management, including identifying, purchasing, managing, upgrading, and selling hundreds of apartment units in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Esther has developed an expertise in using property management software and implementing various methods to detect leaks and water abuse in properties. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
