Manage and direct the execution of complex global marketing programs from conception through to implementation.
Responsible for the successful execution of major international company events, trade shows and exhibits with 10,000+ attendees; represent the company to press and industry analysts.
Manage all press, bloggers, influencers and social media campaigns to achieve (new and traditional) media coverage and brand recognition, through the day-to-day management of the external PR agency (Scratch Media + Marketing). Develop media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, advertising, email marketing and trade-show marketing - focusing on holistic implementation of messaging across all channels. Work closely with the CEO and Strategy to define marketing strategy, thought leadership activities, awards, campaigns, initiatives, and content.
Responsible for developing creative sales and marketing assets including building content calendar, selecting topics that match marketing strategy, working with 3rd party contributors, and authoring all types of (multi-channel) collateral, including sales and marketing presentations, content for web site, data sheets, blog posts, landing pages, eBooks, press releases, social media, infographics, banners, hooks, newsletters, webinars, and (performing) product demos.
Define strategic objectives including KPIs to be delivered, leading senior management, and training their teams in product value proposition, working in a matrix-based environment using Agile Project Management.
