Planning, Organizing, and Executing. The success of a project and a businesses all depend on the cohesion and flow of these 3 critical components. What I do best is manage these 3 key sections and make sure that businesses and projects run smoothly and successfully.
During my career I have managed many projects in the Public and Private sectors in various industries ranging from Real-Estate, Telecommunications, Security & Defense, and Tourism. I have worn many hats while in these industries and performed tasks related to: Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, Media, Marketing, Customer Relations, Strategy, and even Sales.
My ability to manage complex projects, lead large scale operations and run international logistical ventures took off when I was appointed to be the Chief of Staff for the IDF Spokesperson. I was fascinated by how large scale organizations were able to operate with so many moving pieces. I wanted to be able to move those pieces. This experience enhanced my entrepreneurial mindset as I was able to initiate, plan, organize, and execute many endeavors in various scenarios, some are, and will remain, confidential.
What my previous managers tend to categorize as strengths of mine: Organizational and Time Management skills, self-motivation with a desire to learn quickly and in-depth, communication skills in a team-work environment, the aptitude of dealing with Government and organizational bureaucracy, and a desire to excel in all that I do.
