I love building things from scratch and every time find myself childly excited all over again from this unexpected journey of creation: from identifying a real problem/need, through creating a vision and developing a strategy, brainstorming around the value proposition and developing a solution; testing and failing, improving, refining and testing again and again; juggling between the forces of market needs, regulations and competition, and up to building the bridges between technological innovation and potential human customers. The fun side is the opportunity to face these challenges as part of a team of super-smart and dedicated people sitting around the same table - all working hard together towards a common vision. I am passionate about healthcare and believe there are huge opportunities for revolutionizing this challenging industry by introducing new technological and business innovations, and bringing them to scale eventually helping people to live healthier with a higher quality of life.
