My job is to leverage my existing knowledge and experience in the areas of management, complex sales strategy, business practice, crisis management, negotiation methods, technology, innovation, fintech and startup collaboration to successfully drive all the business functions. Why Do I Do This Work? I do this work because I am persuaded by the facts (and, of course, I am passionate about solving business problems with technology) that organizationsfrom startups to large, global enterprisesneed technology solutions that are designed with their specific needs and goals in mind. Second, I do this work because leadership matters. For me, a true leader serves as a pivot point, enabling success through a people-first leadership approach. Here is a quick snap shot Undertook full accountabilities, orchestrated and oversaw the merger of three P&L units totaling NIS 45M meeting and exceeding profit objectives of 120% in business development initiatives. Led the business development activities for a unit comprised of 300 employees responsible for building competitive products and technological solutions. Developed, managed and led strategic initiatives for the development of all digital channels for the 3rd largest Israeli bank.
