The position is part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO. Being Director of Technology entails both leading the R&D and integrating between key internal organizational functions (management, production, marketing, sales and finance), as well as working with clients. The Work is characterized by an emphasis on producing high quality deliverables on short schedules, while supporting the manufacturing process. I specialized in chemical processes, solvents, and water purification. Main areas of responsibility: Lab Management - laboratory staff management, responsibility for checking the quality of raw materials and products. R&D - responsibility for leading the companys R@D for the introduction of new products and technologies. Working with production-determining work plans, quality testing, failure analysis, work procedures and workflow Process. Managing projects abroad- working with colleagues from plants in Europe and the United States regarding Development of pilot workflow and transferring of technological knowledge. The study is ongoing and required extensive physical presence at the plants.
