ABOUT
I am a licensed organizational psychologist in the area of personnel assessment and selection, and an adjunct lecturer in psychology at the University of Haifa, in Israel. Prior to starting Innovative Assessments, I held senior management and research positions at Midot, CareerHarmony, and Israel Defense Forces. I have been developing psychometric assessments for 18 years, and have been responsible for the design and implementation of employee assessment solutions for several large private and government organizations around the world. I also helped lead the design of two online HR testing platforms. My current research interests include: Consumer risk assessments, counterproductive behaviors, integrity testing, and applicant faking. Some of my work on these topics has been published in leading academic journals, and presented at international conferences.
