From the day I wrote my first line of code, at the age of 8, my passion for technology has grown with each passing day. Since then, I have brought countless projects to life, through my skills, and the skills of people I have hired and managed. I have accrued vast experience both as a leader within organizations, and as an entrepreneur. My experience with code, design, UX, marketing, PR, and business strategy has given me a comprehensive understanding of how to make products, and companies succeed. I spend much of my free time contributing to, and running open source projects. I take pride in knowing that my work is used by millions of people every day, and powering some of the biggest sites online (including LinkedIn, Walmart, SoundCloud, jQuery, Foursquare and many others). My extracurricular work, and my research has been extensively featured in the media, including Forbes, BBC, Mashable, The New York Times and more.
