I thrive in challenging environments, where I can apply my broad skillset and leadership skills to play a key role in business success. Passionate in my chosen vocation, my specialisation in Collagen (Biochemistry, Structure, Purification, Chromatography, Filtration Crosslinking & Fibrillogenesis) and I have a strong educational background and am currently undertaking a post doctorate relating to the Expression of Recombinant Human Antibodies in Tobacco Plants. Detail oriented and focused, I enjoy research and analysis and process development and I am able to present my findings clearly and concisely to a range of audiences. A strategic thinker, I can identify areas of weakness and capitalise upon areas of strength, implementing and monitoring processes and ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance. Confident and affable, I communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and forge robust, collaborative relationships at all levels and I value loyalty, respect and teamwork within the workplace. Leading and managing numerous projects, I have demonstrated excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to utilise resources and the skills of my team to best effect and manage both time and budgets diligently. I am relocating to Denmark and am looking forward to putting my skills to test in a new and challenging position within a creative environment, with a company that fosters teamwork and innovation while recognising and rewarding dedication and performance.
