Over the past 12 years Avi has developed local and international business projects from concept to reality. He has the rare ability to recognize not only the end goal, but to identify the process by which the goal will be achieved. Allocation of resources and team building are particular skills, and as such Avi was team leader in the development of an Agorose cultivation model, which was then brought to production and ultimate merger with Kaman Capital (TLV Stock Exchange). Avi identified and hired the R&D team that developed the BST Wound Treatment Device. He was then involved in the IPO which brought this device to the TLV Stock Exchange and subsequently to OTC as E-Qure. On the altruistic side, Avi established a non-profit Youth Center in Jerusalem which has served over 250 teenagers to date. This was done with with zero outside funding and showcased all of his unique skill set.
