Merry Pop in initially started as an idea for a PR campaign for a small Israeli brewery. They wanted to start selling their products but had no points of sale or a sales person to enter the market. I told them I can find 10-15 homes around the country, we'll do pop-up bars inside homes where the homeowners can invite their friends and neighbors - and I'll go to the press with the headline "AirbnBeer".
