Mr. Yavor has been leading large-scale operations for over 20 years, spanning a variety of industries. Today, Mr. Yavor is Co-Founder & CEO at Meekan, where he leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the startup company, which aims to connect the world's calendars and change the way people schedule meetings. Before founding Meekan, Mr. Yavor served at executive positions with two of the largest and more complex organizations in Israel: Taavura Projects (largest logistical group in Israel) and El-Al Israeli Airlines. As Chief Pilot and VP Operations at El-Al Israeli Airlines, Mr. Yavor was directly responsible for over 500 pilots and captains, while ensuring a smooth operation and minimizing the fleet's ground time. Mr. Yavor is a Lt. Colonel (Ret.) in the Israeli Air Force, a Lawyer, earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from IDC Herzeliya and a Political Science degree from the University of Haifa. Since 2014 Mr. Yavor is a Mentor in Momentum IDC Entrepreneurship Club Mentoring Program
