As Executive Chairman Mr. Sadiv oversees the growth of Novatrans Group, the formation of joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He founded Novatrans as an angel investor after the successful acquisition of his former technology company. Mr. Sadiv has built an excellent local and international standing as an industrialist and as a serial entrepreneur who also served as a board member in numerous hi-tech companies as well as financial institutions. In his early years, Mr. Sadiv founded the Young Business Forum (YBF) in addition to serving as a professional staff member of the Hebrew University Business School and as an advisor to the Israeli Parliaments Finance & Capital Markets Committees. Education, publications, certificates: Mr. Sadiv holds a B.Sc. in economics and statistics with a minor in law, and an MBA (Hebrew University 1989) with high honors in the fields of finance, banking and accounting. He is a Major (Res.) of the Israeli Air-Force. Mr. Sadiv is a board member of The Ramon Foundation for Excellence in Education (named after the Israeli Astronaut Ilan Ramon). In his spare time, Mr. Sadiv enjoys flying a helicopter.
