Ciconia is an aviation technology company that develops the C&CAS (Coordination & Collision Avoidance System), a platform designed to enable safe, dense, and coordinated operations for mixed fleets of crewed aircraft and uncrewed drones.

The core technology is a lightweight, low-power system that prevents collisions with both equipped (C&CAS) and non-equipped aircraft, automatically managing airspace density limits while significantly reducing pilot workload.

Optional capabilities of the C&CAS include a real-time map of local aerial traffic, dynamic priority assignment by a site commander, and the identification and distinction between friendly and hostile drones.

The C&CAS has been successfully tested and validated by the Israeli Air Force Flight Test Center and has been demonstrated on helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and drones in both Israel and the U.S.
