MotionAnalytics is a deep-tech company pioneering biomechanical AI for human identification and behavior understanding from video.
Our core technology, MotionID, identifies people by the way they move rather than by facial features, clothing, or other appearance-based attributes. Built on more than 20 years of biomechanics research at Ben-Gurion University, MotionID transforms standard video into unique biomechanical signatures that enable reliable identification and re-identification of individuals across cameras, sensors, and environments.
Unlike traditional biometric systems, MotionID is designed to operate in real-world conditions where faces may be obscured, image quality is degraded, lighting is poor, or footage is captured from long-range, thermal, or aerial sensors. The technology requires no dedicated hardware and works on existing video infrastructure.
MotionAnalytics is currently conducting operational deployments and paid pilots with leading homeland security organizations, where MotionID has demonstrated strong identification and re-identification performance on real-world operational video. The company is also expanding into aerial intelligence applications through collaborations with defense, sensing, and unmanned-systems organizations.
While initially focused on defense, homeland security, critical infrastructure, and enterprise security markets, the underlying technology has broader dual-use potential across industries that rely on understanding human movement and behavior.
Backed by leading investors including InNegev, Noam Bardin (former CEO of Waze), JNF, and 1948VC, MotionAnalytics is building the next generation of human identification technology and laying the foundation for large-scale biomechanical AI systems.
