Make big things happened in the last 18 years. I have an entrepreneur spirit but at the same time love building my team and push them for delivery and success in bigger organizations. I have rich experience in managing development groups and projects (scales of 200M$ each). I have established companys off-shore sites in Pune (~50 developers and QA engineers) as well as in Austin. I also have a proven experience in working at the US and manage employees and customers which are based there.
